A: Our cookies are made without any preservatives or artificial ingredients, so we refrigerate them to maintain their delicious flavor and soft-baked texture. Enjoy them straight from the fridge or take them on the go for up to 7 days!
Q: How do you ship out cookies?
A: We ship our cookies in insulated packing with ice packs to keep them cool in transit. No worries if they arrive warm, they’re still perfect. Just pop ‘em in the fridge when you get them.
Q: How long do cookies last out of the fridge?
A: For optimal freshness, our cookies are good for up to 7 days on the go!
Q: Are your cookies gluten-free?
A: No, we like to say our cookies are "gluten-friendly"! Our cookies are made with spelt flour which contains gluten. Since we ferment every batch with sourdough starter, a process that naturally degrades the gluten content, (which is why we say “gluten-friendly"). That being said, they do contain gluten and are not suitable for anyone with celiac disease or other forms of gluten intolerance.

I love both the chocolate chip and snickerdoodle cookies so much! They are so soft and chewy and it's some kind of magic that nothing is sacrificed for healthy ingredients. I love the variety pack option so that I don't need to choose a favorite cookie. Will order again.
