We activate our grains through a slow 24-hour natural fermentation with sourdough culture. This ancient practice increases the bioavailability of vitamins and minerals, like B-vitamins, iron, zinc, and magnesium, and activates enzymes to improve digestion.
We source grains from local organic farms in the northeast. By prioritizing genetic diversity, regenerative practices, and soil health, our farm partners grow grains with exceptional nutrition and flavor.
